The Physics of Superheroes
I won't lie: I barely passed high school physics (one of my more legendary moments was turning in a test where, instead
of answering any questions, I drew the teacher killing me on the back). It was a weird time in my life and I didn't have
the necessary focus. I picked up this book and was instantly fascinated by the introduction to a world I was afraid of via
the superheroes of my youth.

2nd Best
The Black Dahlia
I didn't know anything about this infamously unsolved case until the movie came out and my roommate, Robin, informed me of its
existence. When I moved to Brooklyn and was too poor to do anything I picked this up at the library. Thought mostly plot, it still
manages to involve interesting psychological juxtapositions between cops and murderer. One of those stories you can't put down.

Jack: The Great Seducer
Another book I picked up from the Brooklyn Library. Sure, the place doesn't have the greatest of selections, but I thought
this was going to be more than the trashy sex bio it turned out to be. Jack, the actor, deserves so much better than this.

Worst
Dark Watch
A book I received for Xmas last year, "Dark Watch" is nothing more but an all-plot time waster. Unfortunately, the plot
got just silly in the middle and didn't get any better. I couldn't wait to finish it and move on to my next book.
